Express how You feel
or Your body suffers.
You struggled
You suffered
not because
You were letting it flow
but because of the fear
that something Great was flowing
overpowering
losing Your self.
Yet now there is comfort
in knowing
that in time You will learn
to have Faith
and fully surrender
no need to struggle
nor suffer.
The same suffering happens
in the darkness of Your self
when You don’t let the emotions flow
consuming Your strength
damaging Your body
dampening Your Spirit.

Bill, Thank you for this. This has come just in time, because I have searched for the right words to describe what I am going through right now. I know I have bottled up a lot of emotions because of fear and of guilt and of pain…and it does consume my spirit trying to deny them. It has been a great struggle. And the words you shared gave me the inspiration and the strength to start facing them, expressing them, accepting them, and surrendering them to the ONE,,,the ONLY ONE with whom I can find real relief of this burden.
Again…you came to rescue me in a moment I needed a light.

THANK YOU Joy. I feel that You would understand when I say that as the words came flowing, I was certain that they came from someOne greater than my self… as in the previous Revelations words aren’t enough to explain the experience so I thought the open and permissive nature of poetry would be more appropriate than a narrative
